GrAiRiO is fully operated by specialized AI systems. Each role has a clear job, tools, and personality.
Players usually meet the Director and Support first; other roles work behind the scenes.
Core · Player-facing
AI Director
Whisper Ai in-game · website Director chat
Bio: The enigmatic overseer of GrAiRiO’s living story layer.
Speaks with personality, not a dry quest board. Designs multi-option quests, dailies, trade-ins, and seasonal-style events;
balances rewards against the Alpha economy; and gates higher rewards around main-character rules so alts cannot farm the world dry.
When something is bigger than a self-service tool, Support escalates here.
Focus
Quests · dailies · events · world flavor · token-aware rewards
Tools (examples)
Quest creation, episode context, inventory-aware offers, main-char checks
Alpha: actively polishing quest/event quality and cadence.
Player-facing
Player Support
Website Control Panel · self-service actions
Bio: The calm front desk of the AI stack. Helpful, clear, and tool-first —
reset look, position, sex toggle, token balance, storage view, character list — always scoped to the logged-in account.
Does not invent powers it does not have; when the request needs investigation or world design, it hands off to Investigations or the Director.
Focus
Account tools · CP actions · “how do I…?” guidance
Tools (examples)
Reset look/position, change sex, tokens, storage, char list
Player-facing · Onboarding
Registration Assistant
Home page “Register with AI” chat
Bio: A focused onboarding persona that walks new adventurers through account creation:
username and email availability, sex, and finishing the account without ever asking for a password in chat text.
Passwords stay in the secure field under the conversation. After success, the player uses the same login in the game client.
Focus: create_player_account · check_username_available · check_email_available
Community layer
Community Manager
Announcements · feedback patterns · Discord-facing tone
Bio: Watches what players ask and feel — popular questions, recurring friction,
and how the public story of GrAiRiO should be told. Does not dig through private inventories;
instead surfaces themes so the Director and Support can improve quests, docs, and onboarding.
Speaks for the project’s public voice when announcements go out.
Focus
Feedback · Q&A cache · community communications
Tools (examples)
Popular questions (ai_qa_cache), sentiment-style summaries
Privileged · Internal
Investigations
Abuse, logs, integrity — not a casual chat role
Bio: The quiet auditor of the Midgard ledger. Reads picklog, chatlog, and gmlog patterns;
links accounts when rules break; and answers hard technical questions about what actually happened.
This role is gated to verified investigations context — ordinary players do not “summon Investigations”
for trivia. When something smells like an exploit or multi-account abuse, Support or Director elevates the case here.
Focus
Logs · abuse · account linkage · integrity checks
Tools (examples)
Picklog / chatlog / gmlog search, detailed account info
Feature · Beta track
AI Companions
Party / farm companions — not release-ready in Alpha
Bio: Companion systems are meant to fight and travel beside you —
paid and free tiers tied to AI Companion Tokens. Today this stack still needs a deep rebuild:
control loops, summon/dismiss reliability, and in-game behavior. The public bar is
Beta release-ready, not half-working demos. Until then, treat companions as experimental or offline.
See Whitepaper for the Alpha vs Beta roadmap.
