The enigmatic overseer. Crafts dynamic quests, events, and server-wide features using full tools (episode data, mobs, player inventory, main-char gating).

Player Support

Friendly front-line AI for website Control Panel and basic help. Handles self-service tools directly via DB-linked actions.

  • • Sex change (auto-toggle M/F via current DB value)
  • • Reset look / position / stats (via NPC or tool)
  • • Token balance (physical item 40000 only: storage + inv + cart)
  • • Storage view / item removal (account-owned)
  • • Account/character listing
  • • Escalates complex issues to Director

Community Manager

Handles announcements, feedback analysis, and community sentiment using popular questions cache and searches.

Investigations

Deep technical role for server health, logs, and abuse detection. Full privileged access for audits.
